Total Knee Replacement
Dr Ford has extensive background in total joint replacement and sports medicine. When performing total knee replacements, Dr Ford uses an implant that most closely imitates knee mechanics and does not use a tourniquet.
New Patients
For new patients please arrive 10 minutes early and bring:
- Your insurance card if we are billing your personal insurance
- If we are billing workers comp OR auto insurance please bring your claim number and billing address as well as your claims adjusters name & phone number
- Cash pay patients will need to bring a payment of 125.00 for your initial appointment
- Medication list
We do not have an online payment option at this time but we will take payments by debit or credit card over the phone. We can also set up an auto pay on your account.
